We are currently seeking a hands-on Working Foreman with solid experience in groundworks and concrete frame delivery to join our team on active sites around the Chichester area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead site teams in delivering groundwork and concrete frame packages.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Complete and manage site paperwork accurately (RAMS, daily records, timesheets, etc.).
- Liaise with site managers and subcontractors to maintain smooth operations.
- Get stuck in on site when needed - this is a boots-on-the-ground role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a foreman in groundworks and RC frames.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Competent in completing site documentation.
- Willingness to work on the tools when required.
- CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
