I am currently recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader position at a processing and packing company. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader with a multi-skilled background, ideally have strong mechanical and electrical skills and holding a relevant engineering qualification.
As an Engineering Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to ensure all equipment is maintained to guarantee safety and operational efficiency. You will provide hands-on support while managing and prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to take on diverse challenges and make a significant impact within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills required for the Engineering Team Leader:
- Leadership Experience
- Have an engineering qualification.
- Electrically or mechanically bias.
- Manufacturing background
- Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
