Family Lawyer

Overview:A well-established law firm based in Chichester, West Sussex is looking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor with 2 or more years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation

  • Financial remedies and settlements

  • Private law children matters

  • Cohabitation and separation agreements

  • Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements

• Providing empathetic and expert legal advice to clients

• Conducting legal research, preparing legal documentation, and representing clients in court when required

• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to business development

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

• Minimum of 2 years PQE in Family Law

• Strong knowledge of UK family law and procedure

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Ability to manage caseload independently and efficiently

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Commitment to delivering high standards of legal service
