Transport Coordinator
Are you an experienced Transport Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established operation where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods across the supply chain.

The Role: As Transport Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing the transport of goods. You'll work closely with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure customer deliveries are made on time, while also managing documentation, compliance, and problem-solving on the go.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and scheduling transportation routes.

Coordinating with drivers and suppliers for smooth operations.

Handling shipping documents, delivery records, and compliance paperwork.

Managing transport-related budgets and cost tracking.

Assisting with import/export documentation and traceability.

Supporting internal teams with safety, service, and operational issues.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar transport or logistics coordination role.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail with problem-solving ability.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of transport laws and systems is a plus.
