Warehouse Supervisor

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take full ownership of operations? We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Lead / Warehouse Supervisor to manage all aspects of warehouse efficiency, layout, and productivity.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse layout, organisation, and inventory systems
  • Load/unload vehicles, pick and pack orders, and ensure quality control
  • Operate equipment including counterbalance forklifts and pallet trucks
  • Manage agency staff during peak periods, including induction and performance monitoring
  • Support the Transport Manager with logistics & route planning
  • Maintain accurate records, delivery documentation, and warehouse systems
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and a clean, safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven warehouse experience and ability to work independently
  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence (or willingness to train)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • PC literacy including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
  • Physical capability for manual handling tasks
  • A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (flexible between 7am-6pm)
  • Overtime may be required during busy periods
