Warehouse Supervisor
Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take full ownership of operations? We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Lead / Warehouse Supervisor to manage all aspects of warehouse efficiency, layout, and productivity.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse layout, organisation, and inventory systems
- Load/unload vehicles, pick and pack orders, and ensure quality control
- Operate equipment including counterbalance forklifts and pallet trucks
- Manage agency staff during peak periods, including induction and performance monitoring
- Support the Transport Manager with logistics & route planning
- Maintain accurate records, delivery documentation, and warehouse systems
- Ensure health & safety compliance and a clean, safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Proven warehouse experience and ability to work independently
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence (or willingness to train)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- PC literacy including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks
- A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (flexible between 7am-6pm)
- Overtime may be required during busy periods
