Our client, a leading herbs manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Line Leader for their production team in Chichester.
The position offers a salary of £32,121.79 and requires candidates to have experience in a similar production role.
The role involves leading a team during night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM on a 4 on 3 off schedule, focusing on meeting daily targets and maintaining safety standards.
Key responsibilities include monitoring product quality, completing paperwork, and overseeing machinery checks.
Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, a good understanding of safety standards, and basic IT skills, with SAP knowledge being a plus.

Location: Chichester

Pay: £32,121.79

Shift: Night shift, 6 PM - 6 AM

4 on 3 off shift pattern, working Monday - Thursday

Key Duties of the line leader:

Lead and motivate your team to meet daily targets.
Ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are upheld
Monitor product quality and service levels.
Complete accurate paperwork and support basic SAP use.
Oversee machinery checks and efficient changeovers.

What You'll Need as a line leader:

Experience in a similar production role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good understanding of safety standards and production processes.
Basic IT skills (SAP knowledge is a plus).
