As part of ongoing growth, they're now seeking Multi-Skilled Engineers to join their production facilities in Chichester, working within a forward-thinking engineering team. You'll play a key role in ensuring equipment up-time, resolving faults efficiently, and driving improvements across fast-paced FMCG lines.
This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term progression within a stable and growing business, with a salary of up to 50,000 (dependent on experience) plus Panama shift pattern and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities for this Maintenance Engineer role:
- Carrying out proactive and reactive maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment.
- Using CMMS systems to manage and report on tasks.
- Ensuring H&S and food hygiene compliance at all times.
- Playing an active role in the shift team and supporting continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications needed for this Maintenance Engineer role:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Multi-Skilled with strong electrical knowledge.
- Manufacturing experience essential.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work at pace.
- Clear communicator with good team collaboration skills.
