As Factory General Manager, you will report directly to the Group Operations Manager and take full responsibility for site leadership, operational performance, and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Leadership & Culture – Drive a high-performance culture, embedding company values and fostering a positive, engaged workforce.Operational Excellence – Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure sustained improvements in efficiency, quality, and output.Capital & Growth Strategy – Define long-term investment requirements to support continued business expansion.Continuous Improvement – Lead site-wide initiatives to enhance processes, reduce waste, and maximise productivity.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic projects aligned with business goals.

What do I need?

We are looking for an experienced site leader with a strong background in FMCG (high-volume) manufacturing. You will be a strategic thinker, an inspirational people leader and a confident decision-maker with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. Strong numerical and communication skills, alongside a track record of driving operational excellence, are essential.
