This is a build project based on the south coast of England, this Industrial project 100 Million in value and a strong pipeline for this International Main Contractor, which is already looking jam packed up to 2030.

The right individual would have the ability to support projectsand report directly into the Project Manager.

Senior Site Manager Package:

• 60-75,000 dependent on Experience
• Car Allowance
• Healthy Bonus & Regular Pay reviews
• Health & Life Insurance

Experience requirements:

• Industrial/Distribution expereince desirable but not totally necessary
• Strong Communication Skills
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall site performance
• Liaising with sub-contractors
• Reporting into Project Manger with programme updates
• Health & Safety reporting
• Review building practices to ensure compliance meets forecast budgets
