Due to continued growth, our well-established client is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to join their vibrant team in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Location: Chichester - just a 10-minute walk from the train stationHybrid Working: Minimum 3 days in the office per week

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you'll lead service delivery and workflow management across the Operations Team. Your focus will be on optimising resource use, driving productivity, and enhancing team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership/Management

  • Lead and support a team of 10-15 Operations Analysts
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
  • Promote well-being and development through training and mentoring
  • Manage recruitment and annual leave in partnership with HR
  • Foster a collaborative and engaging team culture

Resource & Workflow Management

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure quality output
  • Maintain the delivery calendar and manage capacity planning
  • Monitor task progress and remove delivery barriers
  • Encourage open communication and teamwork

Continuous Improvement

  • Work with analysts to map processes and identify efficiency's
  • Develop KPI reports with actionable insights
  • Use customer feedback to drive long-term improvements
