School Administrator | Chichester | £13.68 - £15.00 per hour | Temporary | Full TimeThis school is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive School Administrator to join their busy school office team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school and providing excellent service to staff, students, and visitors.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties and act as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate student records and attendance data using SIMS or similar systems.
  • Provide administrative support to teaching staff and senior leadership.
  • Assist with school communications, letters, filing, and event coordination.
  • Always ensure confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a school or busy office environment.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Knowledge of SIMS, Arbor, or similar school database systems.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain).
