Our client, a specialist in delivering high-quality, tailored kitchen solutions, primarily for the London contract market are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join their team in Chichester. With a team of 40 members, including 12 based in the Chichester office, they offer a friendly working environment and strong opportunities for career progression.
With a new Managing Director at the helm, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company with ambitious growth plans over the next three years.

Supported by office staff, the Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for ordering kitchen furniture with factories, checking order confirmations against design specifications, and supporting the wider procurement function across multiple projects.
Procurement Coordinator Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday allowance + Bank Holidays
- 5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am -4pm.

Procurement Coordinator Job Overview
- Ordering kitchen furniture with factories and checking order confirmations against design
- Liaising with the supply chain to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes
- Obtaining quotations to support tendering for new projects
- Ensuring all quotes remain valid for the duration of each project or working with suppliers to minimise price fluctuations
- Keeping track of appliance discontinuations and liaising with sites to arrange suitable replacements
- Creating and maintaining Excel purchasing trackers for individual projects
Procurement Coordinator Job Requirements
- Previous experience in order planning, purchasing, or similar roles
- Background in technical, design, ordering, or planning is beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail, methodical and precise
- Proactive, resilient, and reliable with a willingness to follow procedures and learn new systems.
