Sonic Summary

The position requires ensuring efficient product throughput while meeting customer quality expectations and adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines.
Key responsibilities include operating the working area to achieve KPIs, completing food safety checks, and reporting any issues to the Line Manager.
Candidates must possess a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, along with the ability to build relationships.
The role emphasizes maintaining zero food safety and health & safety issues and efficient resource use to minimize waste.
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a salary range of $35,000 to $45,000 per year.

To ensure the efficient and effective through put of product in working area whilst meeting customer quality expectations and adhering to Food Safety/Health & Safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities within role

· Ensure the efficient operation of working area to achieve set KPI's

· Ensure Food Quality/Safety and legality procedures and checks, sign offs & paperwork is completed as per NWF and Customer requirements

· Ensure Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur

· Report any Out of Spec Products/Machinery issues/Non-Conformance's to Line Manager promptly

· Ensuring the efficient operation of the cell

· Follow safe ways of working & site safety procedures, reporting near misses and any accidents or incidents when they occur

· Fulfil any reasonable tasks requested by Line Manager or Supervisor

Key accountability's:· Ensuring zero food safety/ H&S issues within the cell

· Efficient use of utilities, resources and minimising waste
