Senior Quantity Surveyor
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor on a major scheme in Chichester. The business operates nationally and undertakes notable schemes predominantly within the industrial sector valuing in excess of 100mil. As a result of a key project win, they're looking to expand the commercial team.
About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working within a commercial team, reporting to the commercial lead. This is a fast paced scheme with lots going on, so the ideal candidate will have experience working on a similar project.
Key Responsibilities as Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Managing sub-contract packages
- Client valuations
- Dealing with sub-contractor / client variations
- Final accounts
Key Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position:
- Have obtained a HNC / Construction related degree
- Have experience working on sizeable schemes valuing up to 100mil
- Have strong working knowledge of JCT forms of contract
- Live within commutable distance to Chichester and be happy to commute to site as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a landmark scheme which will keep you busy for at least 18 months.
