We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to launch and grow a white-collar contract desk, backed by a portfolio of warm, active clients ready to engage.

- Managing and expanding a warm client portfolio in the white-collar contract space
- Delivering fast-paced, high-quality recruitment services
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Sourcing, screening, and placing top contract talent
- Negotiating terms and managing the full contract lifecycle
Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
- Proven 360 recruitment experience (contract preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and client development skills
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset
- Resilience, commercial awareness, and ambition
Recruitment Consultant Remuneration:
- Warm desk opportunity - no cold start

Location: Central Chichester
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30-17:30, Fri 8:30-13:00
