What You'll Be Doing
Managing the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to client delivery
Building and nurturing strong client and candidate relationships
Developing your desk through proactive business development
Delivering a first-class recruitment service aligned with company standards
Working closely with an experienced and supportive regional team
What We're Looking For
Previous recruitment experience (any sector considered) or proven sales/account management background
A driven, positive, and resilient mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates
