We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a thriving secondary school in Chichester. The Role:

  • Supporting students with special educational needs, both in the classroom and on a one-to-one basis.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment.
  • A relevant qualification (such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is advantageous but not essential.
