Food & Beverage Manager Chichester Golf Club
Were looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for food and service to run our busy clubhouse. Youll oversee all F&B operations, functions, society days, parties, and member events with the ability to step into the kitchen when needed to support and deliver great food.
The role:
Lead and motivate the clubhouse & catering team
Manage staffing, budgets, suppliers, and H&S
Deliver functions, events, and society days to a high standard
Support kitchen team with cooking when required
Drive secondary revenue through marketing & promotions
Ensure outstanding service for members and guests
You:
Strong hospitality/F&B management experience
Confident with event catering and function planning
Leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude
Commercially minded, customer-focused, and a great communicator
Bonus: cooking or catering background
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week (including weekends as required).
