This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hours per week, In return you will receive:
- Salary up to 30,000 per annum
- Working 40 hours per week
- Mobile role with a van and fuel card
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites.

- PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Multi skilled person
- Fire Alarm texting
- Basic lighting Maintenance
- Fixing lights
- Unblocking toilets
- Manholes
- Fixings Roof Leaks
- Door Frames
- Flooring Repairs
- Changing Lights
- Fixing leaks
- Water temperature checks
- All aspects of building maintenance within the facilities
