Temporary HR Administrator

Location: Chigwell, Essex

Hourly Rate: £12.21

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Fully Office Based)

Contract Type: Temporary (8 weeks initially, with potential to become permanent)

Please Note: You must be a car driver due to the location. Immediate availability is essential.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support a busy HR department on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to essential HR functions. The role is initially for 8 weeks, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Managing onboarding documentation for new starters
  • Processing DBS check applications
  • Uploading training certificates and maintaining accurate records
  • Renewing staff ID badges
  • Processing employee starters and leavers
  • Issuing change of contract letters

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Must be a car driver due to the office location
  • Immediate availability to start on a temporary basis
