We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for our independent Estate Agency client based in Chigwell.The successful candidate must be smart with outstanding work ethic, with previous proven Estate Agency sales results.Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 40-minute commute of the area.You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Manager:
- Basic £28,000
- OTE £50,000 +
- 10% Personal Commission
- 3% Office Commission
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 3 out of 4 Saturday’s 9am - 5pm (day back in lieu when worked) (one Saturday off a month)
- 5 day working week
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Manager include:
- Managing 2 Senior Sales Negotiators, and 1 Sales Negotiator
- Leading from the front
- Managing and inspiring the sales team
- Assisting the team on achieving personal targets
- Conducting valuations and winning business
- Meeting targets
- Drive business profitability
- Maintain client relationships
- Ability to coach and develop the team
Key Skills for the role of Sales Manager include:
- Previous experience in Estate Agency managing a team
- Strong understanding of the Estate Agency industry including track record in listing and winning business
- Proven experience in residential sales and conversion rates
- Sales and target driven
- Confidence with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Well-spoken, good telephone manner and smart
- Leadership qualities
- Excellent team player with the ability to motivate and guide
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
