We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for our independent Estate Agency client based in Chigwell.The successful candidate must be smart with outstanding work ethic, with previous proven Estate Agency sales results.Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 40-minute commute of the area.You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Manager:

  • Basic £28,000
  • OTE £50,000 +
  • 10% Personal Commission
  • 3% Office Commission
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, 3 out of 4 Saturday’s 9am - 5pm (day back in lieu when worked) (one Saturday off a month)
  • 5 day working week

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Manager include:

  • Managing 2 Senior Sales Negotiators, and 1 Sales Negotiator
  • Leading from the front
  • Managing and inspiring the sales team
  • Assisting the team on achieving personal targets
  • Conducting valuations and winning business
  • Meeting targets
  • Drive business profitability
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Ability to coach and develop the team

Key Skills for the role of Sales Manager include:

  • Previous experience in Estate Agency managing a team
  • Strong understanding of the Estate Agency industry including track record in listing and winning business
  • Proven experience in residential sales and conversion rates
  • Sales and target driven
  • Confidence with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Well-spoken, good telephone manner and smart
  • Leadership qualities
  • Excellent team player with the ability to motivate and guide
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
