Property Support Administrator

Location: East London / Essex

Salary:£20,000 -£25,000 (depending on experience)Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • One fixed day off during the week
The Opportunity

A fast-paced, growing estate agency in the East London/Essex area is looking for an organised and customer-focused Property Support Administrator to join the team. This is an office-based role that sits at the heart of the business, supporting both the sales and lettings departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Book in property viewings across sales and lettings departments
  • Schedule and manage mortgage appointments with in-house advisor's
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Liaise with negotiators, mortgage brokers, and clients to ensure smooth appointment scheduling
  • Support front-of-house duties as needed (calls, emails, general admin)
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a key point of contact for client queries
Requirements:
  • Strong administration or customer service experience (property experience a bonus, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, friendly, and highly organised
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • No driving licence required- this is an office-based role
