Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging Food Technology and Nutrition lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and well-equipped practical learning environment.
- Teach students how to prepare food with confidence, creativity, and care.
- Introduce knowledge of nutrition, dietary needs, sustainability, and global food culture.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback that motivates and informs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to innovate curriculum content and cross-curricular projects.

- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
- Experience teaching Food Technology and/or Nutrition at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
- A genuine enthusiasm for food education and student wellbeing.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to create a positive, respectful environment.
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two professional references from recent teaching positions.
