Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 4:00 PM

The Opportunity:

The school is seeking a excellent Geography Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. The school will happily consider an ECT for this role or an experienced Geography teacher.

Your Role:
As a Geography Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Inspire students with a passion for Geography and global understanding

  • Assess and monitor student progress, tailoring your teaching to suit different abilities

  • Promote high standards of behaviour and academic performance

  • Contribute to departmental planning, enrichment activities, and school life

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be a qualified teacher with UK QTS (or equivalent overseas qualification)

  • Have experience teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • Be committed to continuous professional development and student achievement

  • Hold an enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one)
