German speaking Administrator - PART TIME

We are hiring for a part time German speaking Administrator to join an international company.

Location

Chinnor, Oxfordshire. 100% office based when working, no remote option. Ideally 26 hours per week, part time. Option to work across the week, or 2 full days a week (such as Tuesday and Wednesday). You will ideally lives within 30-4o minutes of Chinnor. You must have your own transport to travel to the office.

Our client is an international company, working with major client and suppliers from across Europe.

The Role of the German speaking Administrator

As the German Speaking Administrator, you will support the company management on daily administration concerning imports, shipping, deliveries, client correspondence from their German speaking markets.

Typical job responsibilities will include:

  • Provide full administrative assistance to the Head of Sales
  • Managing the order processing to suppliers in Germany
  • Creating and issuing delivery notes, purchase order invoices and sales invoices
  • Arranging shipments from Germany and other countries in the DACH territory
  • Assistance with monthly/quarterly sales reports
  • Managing daily telephone queries
  • Some assistance to the Managing Director and Team as and when required.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative, office coordination, customer support or general support role
  • Highly well organised, methodical and a good multi tasker!
  • Experience with Sage useful but not essential
  • Exceptional time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in client service or hospitality.

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

£19,500 per year (for the 26 part time hours worked). Normal office hours, early Friday finish. You can choose to work 5 days a week or spread your hours across 3 days, for example. Whatever solution fits you best.
