Year 3/4 Teacher - Chippenham
A warm and welcoming primary school is looking for a Year 3/4 Teacher to join them for Term 6.
With a strong emphasis on wellbeing, relationships, and home-school partnerships, this cheerful, close-knit school offers a nurturing environment where children feel happy and ready to learn.
The class is a mixed Year 3/4 group, with the majority of pupils in Year 3. The school is ideally looking for a full-time teacher but is happy to consider a part-time candidate (minimum 0.6) as part of a job share.
Planning is ideally required as part of the teacher’s responsibilities, but if preferred, the school is open to providing this - with marking only required. Salary will be adjusted to reflect the reduced responsibility.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Possess a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to undergo the process)
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (for overseas candidates, ENIC recognition and right to work are required)
- Be a reflective, empathetic, and engaging practitioner, passionate about making a real impact on pupils' lives
- Have high expectations for every pupil, with confidence in using effective classroom management strategies
- Build strong rapport with students, staff, and the wider school community
