What Youll Be Doing

• Overseeing smooth day-to-day hotel operations during your shift
• Leading the restaurant service, ensuring high standards are met
• Delivering outstanding guest service handling queries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism
• Supporting health & safety and emergency protocols
• Managing cash handling and operational handovers between shifts
• Helping to uphold brand and service standards across the board

What Were Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality (hotel or restaurant background preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Full driving licence and own transport (due to limited public transport in the area)
