Business Development ExecutiveFull Time & PermanentChippenham£30,000 + OTE of £50,000 (achievable and uncapped!)Are you a highly motivated Sales Executive?Can you convert warm leads into appointments?Looking to join a growing company?Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a telephone-based sales role that requires an individual who can generate appointments for their field sales team and maximise opportunities by working to set KPI's. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to grow with the company.

The Role:

  • Following up on all leads provided by the team
  • Making outbound calls to companies to generate appointments for field sales team to visit
  • Working to set KPI's to maximise opportunities
  • Ensuring appointments are set in a sensible way geographically to allow UK field sales team to maximise time with clients
  • Developing an important knowledge of the services offered by the company
  • Updating the database daily in a proficient manner

The Person:

  • Passion for sales and developing new opportunities for the business
  • Possess great communication skills to engage with potential clients
  • Be confident and enquiring
  • Have good database skills and attention to detail
  • Be self-motivated and a team player
  • Have an outgoing and friendly demeanour at all times
  • Experience in MS Office
  • Have business acumen to make correct choices whilst maintaining company values at all times
  • Have excellent geographical knowledge of the UK
