If so, a role as a Customer Service Advisor could be for you!
15 hours a week over 3 days. Starting end of August.
DAY TO DAY:
- Taking and managing customer orders via phone and email with care and accuracy.
- Providing friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Informing customers of special offers and deals.
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data in our system.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
- Brochure packing.
ALL ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience in a customer service role (but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important).
- Confident telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfort with using computer systems and basic software like Microsoft Office.
AND FOR YOU:
- Monday, Thursday and Friday 12pm - 5pm.
- Weekly pay.
