Skills needed in the Responsive Surveyor role:
- Damp & Mould experience is essential
- Good organisation and self-management skillset
- Extensive experience with Responsive Repairs
- Relative experience of building maintenance in a local authority or other registered social landlord
- Experience of working closely with Tenants
- Great communication skills
Responsibilities of the Responsive Surveyor role:
- Taking responsibility for repair services requests
- Undertaking appropriate investigations and raising repair orders as necessary
- Diagnose issues and report to relevant job titles
- Inspect works and approve invoices or valuations
- Overseeing minor works, voids, refurbishment work and general surveying
- Advise on building defects to other teams
