Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be a key point of contact for all HR related queries across our client's two dealerships in Chippenham, ensuring correct procedures and policies are followed and helping oversee the recruitment and selection of staff as well as the new starter process. The role also involves general ad-hoc office administration.
Due to the nature of this role, previous HR experience, particularly experience in onboarding new staff and assisting with/hosting staff performance and disciplinary meetings, would be essential to our client at this stage. Any experience in the automotive industry would be highly advantageous; however is non-essential. You shall also need a UK driving licence with minimal points, as a small amount of driving from time to time may be required to visit our client's other dealership in Chippenham.
