Description
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Strategically partnering with the business to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved performance
- To lead the HR activity and deliver the people aspects of the site's strategic plans.
- Work with Corporate HR to ensure HR processes are effectively delivered in line with global timelines and protocols.
- To provide a first-class support service across the full HR remit for the Operations and Supply Chain teams on site whilst liaising with the wider People Team.
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Supporting managers in performance management procedures
Profile
A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience working within a unionised environment
Job Offer
Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Chippenham.
Full time - 6-months, interviews will be held next week via Teams, January start date.
Salary: 55k - 60k
