Responsibilities:
As the Stores Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the operations team! Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing store activities efficiently
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained and recorded accurately
- Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes
- Assisting in inventory management and audits
- Providing exceptional support to team members and stakeholders
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in a warehouse or stores environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Knowledge of PLC systems and processes
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
Technologies:
- Inventory management software
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of PLC operations
