Role Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years PQE with experience in:
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Trust Drafting & Administration
- Manage an existing caseload of private client work, including:
- Advising High Net Worth clients with assets in and out of the UK. These will include entrepreneurs, land owners and farmers
- TaxÂ
- Trusts (Set up & administer)Â
- Probate &Â Administration of Estates
- Give Estate Planning & IHT advice
Desirable Qualifications
- To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- STEP Qualified or actively working towards full membership (preferred but not essential – support given)
- Lawyers with either the CTA or AAT qualifications are very welcome to apply, as are those looking to get these qualifications and progress
