We are seeking a talented and experienced Materials Planning Manager to be a key player in their Supply Chain team to oversee the day to day supplier performance, materials planning and ordering. The role of Materials Planning Manager will be responsible for the following areas:

• Managing Supplier relationships for optimal performance and on time delivery
• Optimise inventory through strong planning, ensuring component inventory levels are maintained to support business requirements
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan accordingly
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory turn over, shortages, supplier lead times and supplier quality performance
• Analyse supply chain data and performance to identify area of improvement
• Lead, mentor and develop supply chain team members

• Experience managing material planning and inventory in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
