The role of Materials Planning Manager will be responsible for the following areas:
- Managing Supplier relationships for optimal performance and on time delivery
- Optimise inventory through strong planning, ensuring component inventory levels are maintained to support business requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan accordingly
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory turn over, shortages, supplier lead times and supplier quality performance
- Analyse supply chain data and performance to identify area of improvement
- Lead, mentor and develop supply chain team members
