Payroll Administrator

Salary: £30,000 (DOE)

Hours: 9am-5pm (35 hours a week)

An experienced Payroll Administrator is needed to join a busy payroll team based in Chippenham. This role involves working in a fast-paced accountants delivering high-quality service to a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing payrolls for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Calculating statutory payments, managing auto-enrolment and processing employment allowances.
  • Staying updated on RTI and current HMRC reporting requirements.
  • Liaising with clients and HMRC to resolve queries and ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Assisting with P11D production

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including statutory payments
  • Confident using Microsoft packages including Excel
  • Desirable - experience using Iris and/or CIPP qualified
