Juice Recruitment is excited to be working with an established Wiltshire property business, as they look to recruit a PropertyAdministrator to join their small and dedicated team.

We are looking for a professional and organised candidate with great customer service and accurate reporting skills.

This could also suit someone looking for part-time hours.

Please note this is an office-based role.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Be first point of contact for maintenance requests, and general queries via telephone and email.
  • Liaise with landlords by phone and follow up with email.
  • Book contractors, prepare job sheets, and obtain quotes.
  • Communicate repair dates and access arrangements to tenants, keeping them up-to-date throughout.
  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy, and forward these to the landlord.
  • Scan and forward invoices to landlords and the accounts department.
  • Complete and clear maintenance entries, ensuring notes are accurate and updated frequently.
  • Schedule and diary routine property visits with tenants.
