A well-established hospitality venue in the local area is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of 30,000, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

The role would suit someone with a passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and a desire to work in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard across designated sections
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards in line with regulations
- Assist with stock control, prep lists, and kitchen organisation
- Contribute to menu ideas and daily specials

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar
- Strong understanding of fresh produce and seasonal menus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Food hygiene certification preferred
