The Hotel has 26 rooms and a stylish 50-cover restaurant serving fresh, modern food withmenus changing with the seasons, built around the freshest local ingredients and a love for good, nourishing food. The hotel also boasts a 12-cover function room.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef. The Head Chefworks with producers across the Gloucestershire countryside so every dish is packed with fresh, seasonal flavours.Good man management, communication and training skills will be extremely important as will a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
The salary for the Junior Sous Chef is up to £35,000 per annum.
