As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management throughout the lifecycle of luxury residential developments.   4. Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to project stakeholders on cost performance and variances.
