Our client, a renowned Formula 1 team, based in Oxfordshire, is currently seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join their team on a Dayshift. This is a6 month contract + with strong potential to become a permanent position.
Role Overview:
As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for machining high-performance components using Heidenhain CNC milling machines. You will work with complex geometries and tight tolerances to support the fast-paced demands of the motorsport industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Operation and setup of CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls

Machining of intricate, high-spec components for F1 applications

Program editing and adjustments using Heidenhain software

Quality-checking parts to ensure they meet precise specifications

Working to tight deadlines in a high-performance engineering environment
Requirements:

Proven experience operating and programming Heidenhain CNC milling machines

Strong background in machining complex, high-precision parts

Experience within the F1 motorsport or aerospace industry is highly desirable

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
