Working one-to-one with clients in a luxurious and peaceful countryside setting, you'll deliver transformative treatments designed to enhance both beauty and wellbeing. You’ll be trained in a unique blend of techniques - including lymphatic drainage, infrared therapy, and gua sha-inspired massage - and supported by a like-minded team who share your commitment to holistic health. You'll also be retail savvy, able to confidently recommend aftercare and wellness products that genuinely support each clients need.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing personalised massage treatments using a signature multi-technique method (full training provided)
Delivering an exceptional guest experience in a calm, curated environment
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client care
Collaborating with spa and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Massage Therapy (or equivalent)
A genuine passion for retail, wellness and eagerness to learn advanced techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Availability to work Friday-Sunday and attend training in London prior to starting
