Transport Planner - Supply Chain | Chipping Norton | Full-Time (Flexi Hours)
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Transport Planner to join a dynamic supply chain team in the Chipping Norton area. This is a key role responsible for planning and coordinating all outbound and inbound transport activities, managing relationships with third-party logistics providers, and ensuring smooth export operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee outbound customer deliveries and inbound supplier shipments
- Act as the primary contact for 3PL providers and manage logistics contracts
- Handle export documentation, customs clearance, and licence requirements
- Monitor despatch performance and report on transport KPIs
- Support the wider supply chain with guidance on Incoterms, tariffs, and duties
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience in administration/logistics
- Strong knowledge of freight, import/export processes, and 3PL management - desirable
- Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
