Job Description:Â
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Smart Repair Technician to join our client’s professional team. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of minor body repairs, ensuring vehicles are restored to the highest standards quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Â Carry out vehicle paintwork rectification, including chips, scratches, scuffs, dents, and blemishes.
- Â Â Â Perform cosmetic and alloy wheel repairs to a professional finish.
- Â Â Â Complete filler work, surface preparation, and paint application.
- Â Â Operate polishing and refinishing equipment to achieve showroom-quality results.
- Â Â Ensure repairs are carried out efficiently and meet manufacturer and client quality standards.
- Â Â Â Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Â Â Comply with health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualification and Experience:
- Â Â IMI or City & Guilds qualification in Vehicle Repair / Refinishing (or equivalent).
-    Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Smart Repair Technician.
- Â Â Â Proven experience working across multiple makes and models.
- Â Â Â Full UK / EU driving licence required.

- Â Â Excellent eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
- Â Â Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Â Â Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Â Â Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Â Â Awareness of workshop health and safety procedures.
