- Supporting the Fee Earner with a full range of conveyancing matters
- Managing audio typing, document preparation, and file management
- Opening and closing files, issuing client care forms, verifying client ID in line with AML guidelines
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors by phone and email
- Diary management, post linking, and updating completion calendars
- Assisting with general office admin, photocopying, and answering telephones
- At least 2 years of recent experience in conveyancing
- Confident with all aspects of conveyancing administration, not just typing
- A genuine team player who enjoys working in a small office
- Organised, proactive and happy to take on a wide range of duties
