We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy franchised main dealership in Sidcup.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and advise customers on all service and repair requirements

Handle technical queries professionally and efficiently

Book vehicles into the workshop and manage job progress updates

Liaise between the workshop, customers, and service management

Cross-sell additional work, repairs, and parts where appropriate

Accurately raise invoices and ensure smooth handover upon completion
Your Background & Skills

Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership

Strong technical understanding of vehicles and service processes

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Professional, well-presented, and highly organised

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Committed to delivering a first-class dealership experience
