Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm

What You'll Be Doing
路Managing and arranging Service Department bookings with efficiency and care.
路Ensuring smooth and effective workshop loading while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
路Proactively upselling additional work, services, and Service Plans to enhance the customer experience and support department performance.

What We're Looking For
路Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
路Knowledge of Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or similar DMS systems.
路Confidence and competency in up selling products or services.
路A full manual UK driving licence (subject to standard driver checks).
