Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Team Leader to join our healthcare team in Chorley. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of nurses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent clinical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care.- Coordinate and manage patient care plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.- Monitor and evaluate nursing practices and outcomes, implementing improvements as necessary.- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery.- Conduct performance appraisals and provide professional development opportunities for nursing staff.- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with healthcare policies.- Address patient concerns and feedback, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
